Job Description
We’re looking for enthusiastic and energetic Customer Assistants to join our entertainment and leisure venue in London on a temporary basis during our busy season. You’ll be the face of the venue — greeting guests, helping with activities, serving refreshments, and ensuring everyone enjoys a fun and safe experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring they have a fun and memorable visit.
Welcome visitors, check bookings or tickets, and answer customer enquiries.
Support with food, drink, or retail sales where required.
Assist in setting up and maintaining activity areas or event spaces.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the venue.
Ensure all health, safety, and operational procedures are followed.
Work closely with your team and management to deliver a smooth operation each day.
Requirements
Friendly, outgoing, and confident with a natural ability to connect with people.
A great team player who enjoys working in a busy, high-energy environment.
Reliable, punctual, and proactive.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in hospitality, leisure, or customer service is a bonus but not essential — full training provided.
Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
