We’re on the lookout for fashion-forward, customer-focused individuals to join our fashion retail team in London on a temporary basis. As a Customer Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience — from offering style advice and helping customers find their perfect look, to keeping the store looking flawless. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about fashion and retail, looking to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service at all times. Assist customers with styling advice, product queries, and fitting room support. Operate tills and process transactions accurately. Replenish stock and ensure displays and merchandising meet brand standards. Support with deliveries, tagging, and stockroom organisation. Maintain store cleanliness and presentation throughout the day. Work as part of a team to meet daily sales and service targets.

Passionate about fashion, trends, and great customer service. Confident, outgoing, and approachable. A strong communicator who enjoys working with people. Team player with a proactive attitude and great attention to detail. Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work weekends and evenings. Previous retail or fashion experience is desirable but not essential — full training provided.
